Exchanges and returns
If the item does not suit you in terms of color, size, or for other reasons, you can return or exchange it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
Mandatory conditions for exchange/return:
Presence of a delivery note (included in the package with the item).
A completed return form (you must fill in the IBAN, full name, and identification number fields).
The item must be in good condition — no signs of wear, washing, stains, or foreign odors (labels, tags, original packaging, etc. must be preserved).
! Important: goods that show signs of wear and tear are not eligible for return.
The following items are not eligible for return:
underwear;
swimsuits;
bodysuits;
sleep masks;
accessories;
tank tops and tops.

Important
The sender must pay for the delivery of the parcel;
If the delivery is not paid for or is registered as cash on delivery, we will not be able to receive the parcel;
All costs associated with transportation and storage are borne by the sender.
Refunds
The money for the goods will be refunded to your bank account (IBAN) specified in the application.
Refund period: 2 to 7 business days after receipt of the application and goods.
The return conditions must be met.
