Exchanges and Returns

If an item doesn't suit you in color, size, or for any other reason, you can return or exchange it within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Required Conditions for Exchange/Return:

  Having the delivery note (included in the package with the item).
•  
  A completed return form (be sure to fill in IBAN, full name, and tax identification number).
•  
  The item must be in its original condition – no signs of wear, washing, stains, or odors (tags, labels, and original packaging must be preserved).

Non-Returnable Items:

•  
  underwear;
•  
  sleep masks;
•  
  swimwear;
•  
  accessories;
•  
  bodysuits;
•  
  tank tops and tops

Important

•  
  shipping must be prepaid by the sender;
•  
  if shipping is not prepaid or is sent as cash on delivery, we will not be able to accept the package;
•  
  all costs related to shipping and storage are covered by the sender.

Refunds

•  
  The money for the item is refunded to your bank account (IBAN) specified in the form.
•  
  Refund period: 2 to 7 business days after we receive the form and the item.
•  
  Return conditions must be met.
